As a member of Cambridge Squash Club there are 3 different leagues you can choose to enter: lunchtime, evening and racketball.
All leagues are updated every month
2 players go up, one stays in the same league and 2 players are relegated depending on points scored. All games are played best of five with each game played up to nine points except racketball where American scoring to 15 is used.
Players who play all their matches within the league period are awarded an extra 3 points
